Tomod a Templar's Apprentice by Kat black

I would like the Templar as a freind in the book of Tormod. He is a very kind, caring, and powerful knight who fights for the people of the land. He is only quick tempered when you disobey a direct order. He fights under god himself and is exceptionally skilled in the sword and seild crafts. He's very tough and crafty and has mind powers that persuade his enemies. Thats why Alexander, or the Templar would be a good freind to have. If u like fantasy books, you'll love Tormod.

Jason and the Gorgons Blood by Jane Yolen and Robert J. harris
If you like adventure , mythology , and action then Jason and the Gorgons Blood is the book for you. some characters you will like such as Chiron and Alcestis , but others you're not going to like such as Hera and Acustus. The novel has some great adventure scenes. The whole book is about mythology for all you mythology lovers. The action scenes are both sometimes suspensful and exiting. the battle with the Harpies and the rockslide are really tense. Again overall the plot , characters , novel , and the story line all of it was good. If you want to know more , then you're going to have to read it yourself

Savvy by Ingrid Law
If I were in Savvy,I would like to become friends with Mibs. She would be a nice friend because she is very careful and worries about the things that are important to her like her family and her friends. Her savvy would be cool to have ( her savvy is to read peoples' minds when they have ink on the like a drawing or tattoo). My favorite part is when everyone goes into the Emerald diner and get into a fight with the manager. I don't like Carleen and Rhonda, the tattoos that Lester has, They fight and yell a lot. They also talk bad about him. This is the only book that has a story like this one or when at certain times they get a special power.

I read Gossamer, a fantasy. The characters are creatures who give people dreams, and the story follows the newest dreamgiver, Littlest One. It's about her learning how to do her job, which is bestowing dreams. It's not exciting to me. Although, if you like fantasy and need quick AR points, read this.

Sand Dollar Summer By Kimberly K. Jones

I just finished the book Sand Dollar Summer by Kimberly K. Jones. It is one of the best books i have ever read. If you are like Free and Lise and dont have a father, they will show you how to get through it. Moving from town to town is also a big part of their lives. Free is a young boy and has disabilities but is a very nice and intelligent boy. Lise is also very nice and helpful to her family. My favorite part of this book is when the family goes back to their mothers homeland to get away. If anybody likes fuunny, tender, and wise novels, you should read this book.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone
By: J.K. Rowling.
The book I read was Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone by J.K. Rowling. It is the first book of the Harry Potter Series. My favorite part was when Harry first found out that he was a wizard. I liked that part so much because he had no idea, when the family he had been living with since he was an infant had known all along and still didn't tell him. In the book, the Dursley family raised Harry. I didn't like anybody in the Dursley family because they were so mean to Harry for no reason.
I liked how there were so many characters in the book because it helped tell the story better. Also, it had alot of details. While I was reading I could picture what was going on in my head. I enjoyed reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone because it was so unpredictable. I never knew what was going to happen next.

The book i read was Cirque Du Feak by Darren Shan. First off i think that Cirque Du Freak was an AMAZING book. This book would be great for people who like twisted book, twisted events, and twisted people. One of the people in this book that i really liked in this is Darren Shan.Darren shan is a very interesting person. He dares to do things that are unbelieveabel, Darren will keep you on the edge of your seats with all of the things he will do. I think he would be a great friend because he seems like he is always having fun and is very truthful to his freinds. My favorite part in this book is when Darren and his friend went to the freak show. I couldnt put the book down when they got to the freakshow. It waz so interesting. i have personaly never read a book as interesting or amazing as this book.

How to Cheat a Dragon’s Curse by Cressida Cowell is one of the best books ever. Hiccup Haddock the Third has a rare disease, but he doesn’t know that. He thinks Fishlegs does. A wonderful book full to the brim with surprises, Cressida Cowell knew what she was doing. This book teaches a valuable lesson in friendship, and even the most ordinary people can become the most extraordinary heroes.

I’m doing my blog about a Taste for Rabbit by Linda Zuckerman. If you like reading long, confusing, animal fantasy books, this is your book. I personally liked this book; it’s just confusing right at the end. If you like animals, this is a good book because there are rabbits, foxes, squirrels, and lots more. It’s about rabbits and how they survive life, so they made a castle where rabbits are only allowed to go in and foxes are nearly starving to death because they can’t get any rabbits to eat so a couple of foxes go on a mission to pass the rabbit castle guards and get into the castle to get food. They get inside and something goes wrong. I’m not going to tell you anymore because I want you to read the rest of it, so good luck reading it.

I read Fable Haven by Brandon Mull over the summer during the drive to Washington D.C. I have read a lot of books and by far this book and the second book in the series are the greatest books I have ever read. The drive was only two days long. I literally couldn’t put this book down. I read it until my head hurt so bad that my vision started getting blurry and if I had kept reading I would have vomited. The book is about two children who go to their uncle’s house for a couple weeks in the summer while their parents go on a cruise but what they don’t know is that their uncle’s property is a secret sanctuary for magical creatures or as the title says a fable haven. If you like books about magical creatures or just looking for a good book to read then check out this book from your local library today.
